The Train Writer series holds still the speed of commuter culture. The images simulate one's intimate train of thought by juxtaposing a still thought form verse with a fleeting New York scene, further blurring the lines between observer and subject, thus redefining how poetry is experienced as a singular but shared affair between source and muse.

In such a symmetry, the transience of transit is a reflection of the ephemeral nature of our own emotions in between destinations. Similar to our thoughts in transit, the words in focus simulate the beholder's grasp and clarity over their own anonymous experience.
